We’ve been bridesmaids. We’ve been wedding guests. We’ve been the emergency contacts, the problem solvers, the emotional support humans, and, on occasion, the people quietly wondering, “Wait…am I actually paying for this?”

So we started Bridesmaid Support Group—a podcast for the women in the trenches of wedding season.

Because weddings are supposed to be beautiful, magical, and unforgettable… but sometimes they’re also expensive, exhausting, friendship-testing, and one group text away from a full-blown crisis.

Here, we’re putting the spotlight on the people who usually get left out of the wedding narrative: the bridesmaids, the guests, the plus-ones, the bride-adjacent besties, and anyone who has ever said “I’m happy for them!” while internally having a complete meltdown.
